Hemma igen efter 130-års festen hos OPs och Lillis. God mat, gott att dricka, många skratt och helt enkelt en otroligt trevlig dag/kväll. 😉 Home again after the 130 year birthday celebration at OPs and Lillis house. First solo bbq
Dinner is in full swing and Andy said it tastes awesome! That is all I need… My first solo bbq went well, I didn’t burn anything, and the taste was great. We are having grilled chicken fileets, bacon wrapped asparagus, button mushrooms (yes, why change a winning concept 😉 ) and served with a caprese sallad – with oven roasted tomato slices, buffalo mozzarella and black olives. Update: P.S Dinner is really good! 😉
My first on-my-own bbq atempt
Yes, we’ll see how it goes but I’ve layed the table an corked up the wine and everything seems under controll, but you never know what lurks around the corner 😉
